Call your county's Dispatch number and describe your transportation need. Our scheduler will enroll you in our service and schedule your trip. Please allow 3-5 working days. To better ensure the time and date you desire, it is suggested that you call as far in advance as possible, especially around the holidays. If you require an attendant, please be sure to inform the scheduler when requesting the trip.
Note *YVEDDI is a shared ride service. Our Scheduler will make every attempt to accommodate your travel request, but they must schedule the times that are available and fit the needs of the greatest number of people. We may not be able to accommodate the personal desires of each individual. Due to funding cuts from NCDOT, passengers may be required to pay the full cost of transportation sevices (See Contracted Transportation Services on Cost of Transportation page). |
